There is a Trick or Treat Hunt going on at 4 sims: Vinyl Cafe, The Dominion Fashion District, Dominion FemDom and Halloween. Almost all of the stores have a bowl of candies, you just have to touch it and get your gift!
Hunt items: 1- Outfit from W&D (skirt, top, socks, shrug) and boots from Eva; 2- Outfit from Black Arts (top, socks, skirt), wearable spider from Fantasy Living (on arm); 3- Outfit from MIA (top, jacket, skirt, socks).
The hair with hat and scarf is from Kik, 10L for halloween.

Cute masks from Thimbles and Split Tea. The alligator is from I heart the Starlust group, the giraffe I don't remember how I got lol It's not on Thimbles group, maybe it was a subscribo gift. And the 'you'll be walking in the sun' you buy for 1L at Sunny coffee shop. They all blink!!
